  • 6.饧发至2倍大小
  • 7.2g酵母粉用温水化开加600g面粉、适量水和成白面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 8.操作板上排气滚圆

  • 10.先将黑面团擀圆
  • 11.再将白面团擀圆
  • 12.白面片在下、黑面片上,上下重叠
  • 13.卷起来
