菠萝火腿披萨
菠萝除了当水果吃,还可以入菜。今天我用它做了这道美味披萨,感觉味道真不错。酸酸甜甜的,口味比较清新、清爽。

  • 清水65克
  • 1克
  • 干酵母2.5克
  • 黄油15克
  • 菠萝一块
  • 火腿肠一段
  • 番茄酱两大勺
  • 马苏里拉奶酪120克

Steps to make 菠萝火腿披萨

  • 1.面粉、盐、清水、酵母同入盆
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团后,放入软化的黄油继续揉,能拉出大片薄膜来即可
  • 3.将面团收圆,入碗中,蒙上保鲜膜进行基础发酵
  • 4.待面团发至2.5倍大时,用手指蘸干粉,在面团顶部戳洞,不塌陷不回缩,表示发酵完成
  • 5.面团取出,置于案上,排气,然后擀成8寸披萨盘大小的圆饼,边缘略微厚一点点
  • 6.将面饼入8寸披萨盘中,用餐叉在饼坯上均匀地扎小洞,使饼坯在烤制时能有效地排气不变形;此时可以预热烤箱200度
  • 7.先涂抹一层番茄酱,再撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪
  • 8.依次摆好切片的菠萝,上面再摆一层火腿肠切片
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱中层,200度,上下火,先烤10分钟
  • 10.10分钟后将烤盘取出,在上面铺撒一层马苏里拉奶酪,再重新入烤箱中继续烤10分钟
  • 11.奶酪融化,表面有些浅褐色,即可出炉
  • 12.披萨从盘中取出,切块,食用
