Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.把五花肉切成合适的形状,将酱料用50克的水调好,倒入五花肉中,腌24小时以上。可放入冰箱冷藏过夜腌制。
  • 2.腌好后,将烤盘铺锡纸,放上五花肉,再刷一层酱料。烤箱预热200度,中层上下火,烤20分钟。
  • 3.拿出翻面,再涂一层酱料,再烤20分钟。拿出开始涂蜂蜜,再烤5分钟,翻面涂峰蜜,再烤5分钟。即可。
  • 4.切片即食。注意两个20分钟烤时可以上面盖上一层锡纸颜色好看些,涂蜂蜜后就可以拿掉了,自己把握颜色;也可以肉用锡纸包着烤,那就不用铺锡纸了。
