新年菜谱(五)年夜饭必吃的甜品&红枣百合蒸南瓜

  • 南瓜头1个(约700可)
  • 新鲜百合一个
  • 酒酿250g
  • 枸杞1把
  • 冰糖20g
  • 淀粉5g
  • 红枣6颗(随意)

Steps to make 新年菜谱(五)年夜饭必吃的甜品&红枣百合蒸南瓜

  • 1.南瓜一切二去皮。
  • 2.切成三角形的。
  • 3.放入碗中,把边角料切小粒放入中间。
  • 4.锅中烧开水放入南瓜隔水蒸三十分钟左右,用筷子轻轻戳一下能进就好。
  • 5.准备盆子盖在碗上,倒扣一下,把蒸出来的水倒入碗中。
  • 6.蒸南瓜的同时,把其它食材处理干净。锅中放适量水把南瓜蒸出来的水一起放入,冰糖和红枣煮五分钟,加入百合酒酿和枸杞搅拌均匀继续煮,淀粉用水化开倒入,中小火搅拌至粘稠。
  • 7.把蜜汁浇入盆中。
  • 8.看着是不是很想吃呢。
  • 9.上桌啦
