Steps to make 黑麦蜜豆小餐包

  • 1.全部用料
  • 2.油除外,按照先液体然后粉类,最后放酵母的顺序,将材料放到碗中,用筷子搅成絮状,当然也可以直接放在面包桶中
  • 3.放入面包桶开启揉面程序,一个程序结束后面包团的状态,此时加入油,再次开启和面程序
  • 4.面团拉开,形成比较坚韧不易破的膜即可,停止和面程序
  • 5.收圆,盖保鲜膜发酵
  • 6.发酵至两倍大
  • 7.取出排气,分成等量的小份,滚圆,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 8.取一份松弛好的面团,用手压扁,包入蜜豆
  • 9.收口向下,揉圆
  • 10.全部做好后进行二次发酵
  • 11.发酵好的面团撒一层低粉,好吧我撒的有点多了
  • 12.烤箱上下火180度预热,送入预热好的烤箱,20分钟左右即可
