Steps to make 肉末藕夹

  • 1.把锅中开水煮沸,放入莲藕煮上十多分钟
  • 2.趁煮莲藕的时间,在肉糜里放入黄酒、盐、鸡精、韩式辣酱各少许进行拌匀
  • 3.把煮好的莲藕分为两片一组的拿出来,在其中一片藕上铺上肉糜,将另一片覆在上面压紧,就这样把所有的藕都塞满肉
  • 4.面粉加适量的水和一个鸡蛋进去,搅拌到黏稠
  • 5.然后把塞好肉的藕夹放在面糊里裹上一层面糊
  • 6.进油锅里炸熟,即可出锅吃了
