Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.1.准备材料,将玉米淀粉和低筋面粉过筛混合。
  • 2.2.把熟蛋黄放在过筛网上,用手指按压,使蛋黄成为蛋黄细末。
  • 3.3.黄油软化以后,加入糖粉和盐。
  • 4.4.用打蛋器打发,至体积稍微膨大,颜色稍变浅,成膨松状。
  • 5.5.倒入过筛的蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.6.把两种混合好的面粉筛入打发好的黄油里,用手揉成面团。
  • 7.7.揉好的面团装保鲜袋放冰箱冷藏一小时,是冷藏哦。
  • 8.8.拿出冷藏好的面团,平均分成若干小份,每份大约10g,搓成圆球,摆放整齐,之间要有足够的距离。
  • 9.9.搓好的圆球用大拇指肚摁一下,不要太用力,压扁圆球的一半即可。
  • 10.10.烤箱提前预热,入烤箱中层上下火170度烤15~20分钟,边缘微黄即可。
  • 11.11.烤好的饼干,晾凉才酥哦
