    Steps to make 猪软骨烧春笋

    • 1.带软骨猪前肘子清洗干净。
    • 2.锅里放清水,加入葱段、姜片、适量料酒。
    • 3.放入猪肉,开大火。
    • 4.水开后继续焯烫2分钟。
    • 5.肉捞出过凉水,冲洗干净待用。
    • 6.春笋去掉硬皮和根,切小块。
    • 7.锅中放水,烧开后放入春笋焯烫。
    • 8.焯烫5分钟后,春笋过凉水待用。
    • 9.煎锅放油和冰糖。
    • 10.冰糖融化后,放入猪肉煎。
    • 11.两面都煎成金黄色,上了糖色。
    • 12.放入春笋翻炒。
    • 13.加入葱、姜、香叶、八角、桂皮,翻炒2分钟。
    • 14.加入红烧酱油。
    • 15.翻炒1分钟。
    • 16.加清水没过春笋。
    • 17.大火烧开后,中小火炖30分钟。出锅前可加适量盐调味,大火收汤即可。
