据载,杨梅酒早至元朝就出现了,《本草纲目》也记载杨梅具有“生津、止渴、调五脏、涤肠胃、除烦愤恶气”的作用。用白酒浸泡的杨梅,盛夏时节食用会顿觉气舒神爽,消暑解腻。拉肚子的时候,喝下即可止泄,具有收敛作用。还有消食、除湿、解暑、生津止咳、助消化、御寒、止泻、利尿、防治霍乱、保健、抗癌等医药功能。

Steps to make 家酿杨梅酒

  • 1.杨梅用盐水洗净后,沥干水,装进酿酒的瓷坛子。
  • 2.将敲碎的冰糖倒在杨梅上,基本上冰糖倒在杨梅上就能全部覆盖满了。
  • 3.倒入高度白酒漫过杨梅和冰糖就好,盖上盖子,密封好放在阴凉处。(我没有量过到底有多少白酒,只是漫过杨梅就好,大家也可以根据自己情况增减吧。)
  • 4.一个星期以后,就可以开启尝一尝了。
