自从偶然吃了一次就忘不了,做了很多次浪费不少东西才摸索成功,总结的经验就是熬糖一定要耐心

Steps to make 糖霜山楂球

  • 1.准备新鲜山楂
  • 2.山楂洗净去蒂,最好用干净布擦干水份
  • 3.锅中加少许水放糖(火不要太大)
  • 4.锅加温糖在融化,要不断搅拌
  • 5.糖完全融化,全部变成泡沫一样即可关火
  • 6.关火后,山楂下锅不停翻炒均匀
  • 7.继续翻炒至冷确
  • 8.成品了(顾着拍照了,糖粘的不是很均匀)
