Steps to make 五香熏鱼

  • 1.鲅鱼一条,稍微解冻
  • 2.切成5毫米宽的薄片
  • 3.放在通风处控干水分
  • 4.在锅中把花椒焙干
  • 5.再放入酱油,葱姜,冰糖,大料小火熬开
  • 6.盛入碗中,这样熏鱼汁就熬好了
  • 7.再熬好的熏鱼汁中再加上一些高度白酒,这样更出味
  • 8.用煎锅把切好的鲅鱼煎至两面金黄色
  • 9.把煎好的鲅鱼放入熏鱼汁中腌制5分钟取出即可
