    Steps to make 海苔肉酥

    • 1.肉切块,人开水肏熟捞起(也可以在水里加葱、姜或者蒜加味;肉不用切太小,因为还要用搅拌机绞碎)。
    • 2.稍凉一点放到料理机里搅碎,我用的是绞肉刀盘,绞到没有整块的肉就可以了。
    • 3.锅里加油,放入肉糜,加盐、白糖和一点酱油慢火翻炒,等水分不那么多了(看蒸汽判断)关火。(油不用一次加太多,可以边炒边加,多少由个人喜好决定,还要谨防粘锅;放点糖味道比较好,不用再放味精;可随个人喜好加蒜汁或者姜汁等;酱油可以提色提香)。
    • 4.放凉一会儿再煎一次,加入撕碎的海苔,比较酥,水分也比较少。
