自制烤肉
昨天在家里做了烤鸡翅,用的是买来的奥尔良腌肉料,感觉口味有点带甜,
家里的人都不爱吃甜的,所有今天想着在家腌制猪肉来烤试试看,
呵呵~把家里的调料几乎都用上了(瞎搞)
结果拷出来还不错,就是肉切肉了一点哈~~

Steps to make 自制烤肉

  • 1.将猪皮上的毛用镊子钳下来~
  • 2.然后洗净,切成厚片状
  • 3.加入所有的调料
  • 4.拌匀后盖上保鲜膜静置2小时以上
  • 5.腌制好的肉放在垫有油布的烤网上
  • 6.入烤箱190度,中层18分钟左右
  • 7.烤好后,卷起生菜叶就可以开吃咯~
