  • 玉米油100g
  • 干淀粉50g
  • 番茄酱20g
  • 泰式甜辣酱20g
  • 白糖10g
  • 1小勺

Steps to make 糖醋鱼

  • 1.镜鱼剖洗干净,用厨房纸巾吸干水分;
  • 2.在鱼身两面割几条口子;我这个口子太浅了,建议割深一点,只要不割断就成;
  • 3.镜鱼裹上淀粉,再抖去多余的淀粉;
  • 4.不粘锅倒入适量玉米油烧热;放入镜鱼,中火煎至两面金黄;
  • 5.镜鱼定型后,给镜鱼翻面,继续煎;
  • 6.镜鱼的色泽同图片一致时,关火;
  • 7.将镜鱼捞出,可用厨房纸巾吸去多余的油分;
  • 8.不粘锅留底油,调入番茄酱、泰式甜辣酱、白糖翻炒均匀;
  • 9.酱汁冒泡时,倒入一小碗清水煮开,再调入适量盐,搅拌均匀;
  • 10.放入煎好的镜鱼,稍微煮一煮;
  • 11.汤汁煮至粘稠时收汁,关火,盛出。
