酥樱桃蛋糕
樱桃单吃适口,用来做糕点更是美味。我把樱桃果肉加到蛋糕中,经过高温烘焙,樱桃与蛋糕很好的融合在一起,每一口都特别香。

  • 高筋面粉45克

Steps to make 酥樱桃蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材。蛋糕配料:低筋面粉85克、黄油120克、糖粉60克、小号鸡蛋2个、盐1克、泡打粉4克、樱桃100克。酥皮配料:黄油40克、糖粉40克、高筋面粉45克。
  • 2.先做酥皮。黄油软化后,加入糖分和高筋面粉,和成面团。然后将面团放进冰箱冷冻到硬。
  • 3.蛋糕配料中的黄油室温软化后,加入糖粉、盐、打至体积变大,颜色发白。
  • 4.分三次加入全蛋液。每次都要把蛋液打至与黄油完全融合。
  • 5.将面粉和泡打粉筛入黄油糊中。
  • 6.轻轻的将面粉翻拌匀均,成为蛋糕糊。
  • 7.将樱桃去核备用。
  • 8.把蛋糕糊放进模具里。
  • 9.在蛋糕糊上放上一层樱桃。
  • 10.轻轻的用抹刀翻拌一下。让樱桃和蛋糕糊融合在一起。
  • 11.将酥皮从冰箱取出,然后刨成丝。
  • 12.将酥皮撒到蛋糕糊上。放进预热好的烤箱,180度上下火烤30分钟左右即可。
