  • 低筋粉85克
  • 巧克力豆20克
  • 黑巧克力20克
  • 黄油60克
  • 可可粉2大匙(30ml)
  • 糖粉85克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 牛奶80ml
  • 泡打粉1/2小匙
  • 苏打粉1/4小匙
  • 1/8小匙

Steps to make 巧克力豆马芬

  • 1.称量准备所需材料,黄油提前软化,黑巧克力切小块
  • 2.低筋粉、可可粉、泡打粉、苏打粉、盐混合后过筛
  • 3.软化后的黄油,用打蛋器打发,颜色变白,体积稍微变大,加入糖粉搅匀,分三次加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀,每次搅拌都要使鸡蛋和黄油充分融合
  • 4.倒入牛奶,不用搅拌
  • 5.倒入到第2步的混合粉中,加入黑巧克力块,用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 6.将拌好的面糊装入到纸杯中,不要装的太满,至纸杯的2/3处,表面撒上巧克力豆
  • 7.放入已预热好的烤箱,185度,上下火,中层约30分钟即可
  • 8.浓郁的巧克力马芬,吃的过瘾!
