  • 花椒粉2茶匙
  • 辣油适量(多)

Steps to make 棒棒鸡丝

  • 1.主要材料备齐;
  • 2.小锅中放入姜片,料酒,将鸡胸肉放入烹煮。1块300克的鸡胸,从水开后中火煮10-12分钟即可,煮好后不必急着取出。关火待稍焖一下取出,静置一会儿;
  • 3.煮鸡胸期间,先将怪味酱调好;先将水慢慢倒入芝麻酱中充分搅匀;再将辅料中的调料加入,搅拌均匀即可;
  • 4.接着黄瓜洗净切丝、蒜剁蒜泥备用;
  • 5.鸡胸放至温热后,按照鸡胸肉的纹理手撕成鸡丝;
  • 6.最后取盘子,将小黄瓜丝垫底,鸡丝堆于上方,撒上蒜泥和花生碎,淋上怪味汁,再滴上少许香油和适量辣油,撒上些白芝麻即可。
