    Steps to make 芥菜鸡蛋豆腐馅饼

    • 1.面粉200g、盐1g、温水150g,用筷子搅拌好,盖保鲜膜饧发半个小时以上。
    • 2.芥菜、鸡蛋、豆腐、虾皮清洗备用。
    • 3.芥菜下沸水中焯软,捞出过凉。
    • 4.挤去水分切细。
    • 5.豆腐压成泥。
    • 6.鸡蛋磕在碗中,加盐、料酒、少许水打成蛋液。
    • 7.锅中放油烧热,倒入蛋液,用筷子快速划散。
    • 8.芥菜、豆腐、鸡蛋放在大碗中,加盐、蚝油、蒜蓉。
    • 9.搅拌均匀。
    • 10.案板上撒些手粉,把饧发好的面团均匀分成小份。
    • 11.擀成中间厚四周薄的圆片。
    • 12.放上馅料。
    • 13.收好口,收口朝下放置。
    • 14.用手压扁。
    • 15.平底锅刷油烧热,放上馅饼煎制。
    • 16.两面煎黄,多翻几次煎熟。
