  • 清酒100克
  • 日式酱油50克
  • 味淋10克

Steps to make 味淋鲍鱼

  • 1.将闽正冻煮鲍鱼解冻后,用小牙刷清洗干净(产品已预先去齿去内脏)。新鲜鲍鱼的话主要清洗掉黑膜,并且将内脏和齿部去除。
  • 2.取锅倒入足量清水,煮至沸腾后,将鲍鱼连壳放入煮20分钟。
  • 3.将日式酱油、味淋、清酒、糖混合,挤入柠檬汁调制酱汁。
  • 4.用酱汁泡制带壳鲍鱼,封上保鲜膜,一同放入冰箱,隔天即可享用。
