排骨豆角焖面
天气热不想下厨房,那就一锅焖有菜有肉有主食,关键是孩子们还吃得开心。

  • 豇豆角一把
  • 水面一份
  • 大蒜两瓣
  • 食用油一大勺
  • 老抽两勺
  • 生抽三勺
  • 蚝油两勺

Steps to make 排骨豆角焖面

  • 1.排骨冷水入锅,焯水,再清洗掉表面浮沫。
  • 2.豆角处理一下备用。
  • 3.锅里倒入适量的食用油把排骨煸炒一下。
  • 4.再放入大蒜煸炒出香味。
  • 5.之后加入料酒,蚝油,生抽,老抽焖一下入味,然后加入一大汤碗的水煮沸,盖上锅盖焖煮二十分钟左右。
  • 6.捞出一碗汤汁,放入豆角。
  • 7.还有面条,盖上锅盖继续焖五分钟左右。
  • 8.然后把刚才捞出来的汤汁淋在表面。
  • 9.翻炒均匀,这到焖面就制作完成。。
