  • 2.制作:1.先将莲子和白芸豆分别放大碗里泡4个小时待用
  • 3.2.白芸豆泡至表皮起皱,然后就可以把皮轻松的全部剥掉备用
  • 4.3.莲子泡软后剥开两半,有心的把芯去了
  • 5.4.将去皮的白芸豆和去芯莲子一起倒锅里开盖煮烂,大概40分钟样子
  • 6.5.将锅里多余的水倒掉,将煮烂的莲子和芸豆分次倒稍微大点的筛子里,用勺子碾压滤出泥
  • 7.6.全部滤成泥状后,放置冷却至不烫手
  • 8.7.先倒三分之一的油到锅里,加入细砂糖和莲子芸豆泥不停的搅拌翻炒
  • 9.8.炒至泥糊变稠再分次加入剩下的油继续不停的搅拌翻炒
  • 10.9.炒至为有些干硬度的面团即可离火冷却后使用
