今天分享的这道三鲜迷你小馅饼,我真的想要安利给全世界所有的的妈妈,专治小朋友不好好吃饭系列,而且做法超级简单,不用和面手不沾面,妈妈既能偷懒,孩子又爱吃,真是妈妈们一定要掌握的技能!我今天用的是韭菜,鲜虾,香菇三种食材做馅料,味道超级鲜,当然也可以换成其他馅料,本质上它就是馅儿饼的缩微版本,只是免去了和面,切剂子,擀皮的环节,用买的现成的饺子皮取而代之,从而大大节省了时间,所以这样做的小馅饼就很适合当早餐,因为做起来比较快,可以把馅料需要的食材提前准备出来冷藏保存,早晨起床后只需要调馅儿,包好放进饼铛就大功告成了,煎制的时间也就是4分钟左右,非常的快手!

Steps to make 三鲜迷你馅饼

  • 1.准备馅料,韭菜和香菇洗净切碎,鲜虾去头尾去壳后剁成泥。
  • 2.韭菜碎,香菇碎和虾肉泥放入盆中,加入味极鲜酱油,蚝油,适量的十三香和盐调匀后加入稍多食用油,搅拌均匀,馅料制作完成。
  • 3.买来的饺子皮比较厚,用的时候要用擀面杖擀薄。
  • 4.取一张饺子皮,包入适量馅料,像包包子一样包起来,捏紧收口。
  • 5.全部包好,表面喷油,避免干皮。
  • 6.电饼铛两面喷油设备:摩飞电饼铛(双面加热煎烤盘)。
  • 7.上下盘加热全部开启,温度调至最高,预热两分钟,摩飞电饼铛升温非常快。
  • 8.包好的小馅饼摆入饼铛,盖好盖子,开中大火,煎两分钟。
  • 9.摩飞电饼铛可以两面加热,所以中途也可以不用翻面,我为了方便大家观察,在两分钟的时候给馅饼翻面,再次盖好盖子煎2分钟。
  • 10.煎至两面金黄色,味道馅饼儿的香味儿飘出,就可以出锅了。
  • 11.小巧可爱,一口一个,做主食做早餐都是棒棒哒。
