    Steps to make 芝香南瓜饼

    • 1.老南瓜洗净。
    • 2.切块蒸熟,去掉南瓜皮。
    • 3.加入适量白糖,搅拌均匀。
    • 4.搅拌均匀。
    • 5.加入糯米粉跟粳米粉,比例是4:1的样子。
    • 6.加入粳米粉。
    • 7.用筷子搅拌下。
    • 8.揉成南瓜团。
    • 9.取适量南瓜团,搓成长条。
    • 10.切成大小差不多的小段后,放入保鲜袋里防止干掉。
    • 11.取一小团,揉圆。
    • 12.用手轻轻按扁。
    • 13.挤入豆沙。
    • 14.再揉圆,轻轻再按扁。
    • 15.在做好的南瓜饼坯上刷上一层清水,放入芝麻堆里,正反面都粘上芝麻,以此类推。
    • 16.锅内倒适量油,油5成热时,放入南瓜饼坯,中火煎,中间正反面多翻几次。
    • 17.成金黄色时捞出,用厨房纸巾吸下油。
