酸萝卜老鸭汤
早前泡了一瓶酸萝卜,不如拿一些做个汤吧。这次的酸萝卜放多了点,汤偏酸了些,下次适当减量。
已经习惯用电饭锅煲汤,不用看火也不会溢出(╮(╯▽╰)╭好吧,说穿了就是懒一点),可能火候差一些,但还是挺有滋味的。

  • 老鸭1/4只,500g+
  • 酸萝卜200g
  • 红枣若干
  • 花椒10颗
  • 大葱半棵
  • 一小块
  • 果皮一小块
  • 生油少量

Steps to make 酸萝卜老鸭汤

  • 1.准备材料,洗干净,鸭子多块、姜切片、葱切段;
  • 2.热锅,下少量生油,放姜葱花椒炒出香味,然后加入鸭块和适量米酒翻炒,收干水分;当然可以先将鸭块焯水一遍再下锅炒;
  • 3.把炒好鸭块放进电饭锅,同时放入红枣枸杞果皮,倒入适量的清水,就可以开始煲了;
  • 4.1小时后,加入酸萝卜,继续煲半小时;喜欢萝卜软一点的可以再煮久一些;
  • 5.最后放适量的盐调味,就可以喝了。
