Steps to make 茶碗蒸蛋

  • 1.一小块柴鱼干,用2碗开水,中小火煮10分钟
  • 2.鸡蛋加盐打散,跟煮好并摊凉的柴鱼水混合。蛋液和水的比例是1:2。
  • 3.混合后的蛋液过筛,会更加嫩滑
  • 4.把蛋液均匀倒在茶杯里,表面放几片预先切好的香菇片。包上保鲜膜,静止5分钟
  • 5.蒸好之后,可加小葱,淋几滴生抽调味。
