香酥炸鸡排

Steps to make 香酥炸鸡排

  • 1.把鸡胸洗净控干水分,用大鸡胸和小鸡胸都可以,我用的是大鸡胸
  • 2.用刀背把鸡胸正反面敲打一遍,使其在腌制的时候能够更好的入味
  • 3.鸡胸放入可以密封的保鲜盒,加入适量的盐、胡椒粉、老抽、蜂蜜,用调料把鸡肉揉搓均匀
  • 4.最后放入切好的洋葱丝搅拌均匀,这个是必须的,加入洋葱之后味道会很好,盖上保鲜盒盖子,把鸡肉放入冰箱,冷藏两个小时,如果不着急吃的话,可以冷藏一夜,转天再做,这样味道更好
  • 5.准备面包糠,淀粉和鸡蛋液,面包糠可以买现成的,也可以自制
  • 6.把腌制好的鸡肉先沾上一层淀粉,在裹上蛋液,最后裹上面包糠
  • 7.平底锅烧热,倒入适量的油,油温7、8成热时,放入鸡排,煎炸至两面金黄,就可以了(油不用太多,炸的时候火后掌握好,别太大火了,那样很容易糊,也许外表看着焦了,但里面可能没熟)
