    • 1.食材;白萝卜、红辣椒
    • 2.白萝卜洗净去皮切厚度大约0.3厘米的大片。
    • 3.切好的白萝卜放入碗内,加入一大勺食盐。
    • 4.用手不停捏揉萝卜片,至萝卜片柔软。
    • 5.捏到萝卜片能轻松卷起就可以了。
    • 6.用清水洗去大部分咸味。
    • 7.洗去咸味的萝卜片攥干水分。
    • 8.红椒切丁。
    • 9.加入两大勺白糖。
    • 10.加入白醋拌匀。
