海参粥
海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化、糖尿病以及抗肿瘤等作用。将海参煲粥,不仅增加了鲜味,也易于消化吸收。

Steps to make 海参粥

  • 1.粳米淘洗干净,用水浸泡半小时后捞出
  • 2.鸡蛋加少许淀粉和盐,打匀成蛋液
  • 3.锅内倒植物油烧热,倒入鸡蛋液摊匀成蛋皮
  • 4.蛋皮切成细丝
  • 5.海参泡发,去除脏东西(我用的即食海参)
  • 6.海参洗净切成丝
  • 7.口蘑切丝
  • 8.胡萝卜切成丝
  • 9.生姜切成细丝
  • 10.锅里加开水,倒入浸泡好的粳米,一定要用沸水哦,这样不容易粘锅底,煮的时候时不时搅拌一下,大约煮10分钟
  • 11.电饭锅插电,米在锅中煮10分钟后转移到电饭锅里
  • 12.电饭锅煮10分钟后淋入1茶匙植物油搅拌匀,煮的途中适当搅拌
  • 13.再煮大约10分钟,盛出锅备用
  • 14.锅中倒热水,依次放入口蘑,胡萝卜,海参焯熟捞出,不用焯太久,软了就好
  • 15.准备好砂锅,放入煮好的白粥
  • 16.放入胡萝卜、口蘑、姜丝和海参,再煲5分钟,中间如果粥变干了可适当加点水
  • 17.关火前调入食盐,关火后撒上蛋丝和葱花,可适当淋点麻油
