Steps to make 滋补大骨汤

  • 1.棒骨下锅焯去血水用冷水洗净备用
  • 2.莲藕去皮切大块备用
  • 3.砂锅中加适量水放入大骨和莲藕
  • 4.适量大枣
  • 5.适量干桂圆
  • 6.适量枸杞
  • 7.少许陈醋,大火煮开
  • 8.再次撇去浮沫转中小火炖一个小时左右
  • 9.加适量盐调味即可关火
