胡萝卜核桃仁磅蛋糕

  • 泡打粉6g
  • 精盐3g
  • 白糖或代糖90g

Steps to make 胡萝卜核桃仁磅蛋糕

  • 1.胡萝卜洗净、去皮,半根切丁备用。
  • 2.2个洋鸡蛋➕140克牛奶,搅打均匀。
  • 3.再加入110克食用油、90克白糖或代糖、3克精盐,继续搅打。
  • 4.秤入300克中筋面粉(低筋面粉也OK)和6克泡打粉或者3克小苏打,翻拌均匀。
  • 5.加入胡萝卜丁和40克核桃仁碎,翻拌均匀。同时,提前预热烤箱至200度(10分钟)。
  • 6.翻拌这种程度就可以。
  • 7.模具内侧的几面都刷上油,方便脱模。
  • 8.刮入面糊。
  • 9.连模具一起放入烤箱,第二层,上下火220度烤50分钟。
  • 10.蛋糕出炉后,冷却一下脱模。
  • 11.冷透之后切片。
