这朵朵桂花都是妈妈新手摘取,精心挑选,非常费时费工,所以我一朵都不舍得浪费。
做好的桂花酱香甜宜人,可用于各式甜品、糕点、汤羹以及茶饮之中,食用起来香甜可口、回味无穷哟。

Steps to make 蜜糖桂花酱

  • 1.将摘来的新鲜桂花去除杂质和花梗(这是一个比较费工的活)
  • 2.放在直饮水下冲洗干净
  • 3.控干水分后放入少许盐拌匀,腌制10分钟左右,起到消毒杀菌的作用
  • 4.然后舀到用开水烫过,无油无水的玻璃瓶中
  • 5.就这样,一层桂花一层蜂蜜,直到8分满即可
  • 6.做好后盖上盖,放置在室温中一星期进行自然发酵,然后再转入冰箱冷藏,可以保存2到3年都不会坏哦!
