    • 1.所需的原料:鸡半只,香油,花生油,盐焗鸡粉一袋。
    • 2.半只鸡洗净后放入盘内备用。
    • 3.鸡身上抹一层盐焗鸡粉。
    • 4.再把剩下的盐焗鸡粉加入香油。
    • 5.加点花生油。
    • 6.加点生抽。
    • 7.搅拌成糊状。
    • 8.再在鸡的身上均匀的摸一层。
    • 9.抹好的鸡放入蒸锅内。
    • 10.蒸12分钟左右。
    • 11.之前拌均匀的盐焗鸡粉加点热油。
    • 12.倒在出锅后斩好的鸡肉上即可。
