Steps to make 蓝莓千层酥

  • 1.准备材料,飞饼提前拿出来解冻备用。
  • 2.拿出四张飞饼,两张两张一起放,等飞饼解冻,两张飞饼差不多粘牢了。
  • 3.将两张合并的飞饼切去四边,差不多是10*10的正方形状。
  • 4.在切好的面片上,用刀沿离边缘约1CM处划4条道。其中有两个角是不能划到底。
  • 5.在面片上刷一层全蛋液。
  • 6.将一边翻折过来压紧。
  • 7.再把另一边也翻折过去压紧。
  • 8.在表面再刷一层蛋液。
  • 9.在中心放上一些蓝莓果酱,摆在铺了锡纸烤盘上。
  • 10.放入预热好200度的烤箱,中层,上下火,15分钟左右,烤至表面金黄即可。
  • 11.简单美味的蓝莓千层酥出炉了!
