枣泥豆沙米月饼
又到月饼季,除了常规的几个品种外,做了一份清淡低脂的米月饼,做法简单,吃起来不油腻,还有着原味的米香。

  • 纯牛奶80g
  • 蜂蜜30g

Steps to make 枣泥豆沙米月饼

  • 1.红豆用水浸泡一晚上。
  • 2.红枣去核。
  • 3.红豆放入高压锅中,加水,盖限压阀烧煮上汽后转小火10分钟,关火。
  • 4.泄气开盖后放入红枣继续煮15分钟。
  • 5.放入料理机打成泥后放入不粘锅中,加适量红糖和猪油炒制,快干时加入熟核桃碎和糖桂花炒匀,晾凉备用。
  • 6.预先蒸熟的糯米饭和粘米粉放在碗中。
  • 7.放入蜂蜜(原方是加入玉米糖浆,我没有就用蜂蜜来代替)。
  • 8.加入牛奶拌匀,揉成光滑粉团。
  • 9.分成10小份。
  • 10.枣泥豆沙馅也分成30g/个。
  • 11.粉团捏成小窝状,放入豆沙馅。
  • 12.收好口,揉圆。
  • 13.月饼胚粘上一圈熟米粉,放到50g的模具里。
  • 14.稍用力压出。
  • 15.清爽低脂的米月饼。
  • 16.特写来一个。
