  • 1..鸭脚包去掉绳子,放入清水中浸泡5分钟,清水冲洗干净。
  • 2.干净的鸭脚包放入盘中。
  • 3.置于蒸锅中,大火蒸30分钟左右。
  • 4.脚筋断裂为熟。
  • 5.取出鸭脚包,放上桔子薄荷重新摆盘即可。
