栗子小窝头

  • 面粉50克
  • 熟栗子肉100克
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 泡打粉5克

Steps to make 栗子小窝头

  • 1.将栗子肉切碎。
  • 2.切好的栗子肉和玉米面、面粉、 白砂糖、泡打粉混合。
  • 3.缓缓加入适量温水,边加水边搅拌。
  • 4.糅合成光滑的面团。
  • 5.将面图分成9份,双手蘸水,一手持面团,另一只手的大拇指在面团中间按一个窝,其余四指并拢旋转捏成窝头胚子。
  • 6.大火烧开蒸锅里的水,在蒸屉上刷层油,将窝头胚子摆上,加盖蒸15分钟左右。
