  • 糖粉30克
  • 全蛋30克
  • 牛奶一勺
  • 可可粉5克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 泡打粉0.5克

Steps to make 蜗牛曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入糖粉
  • 2.用打蛋器打至微微发白
  • 3..分次加入打散的全蛋液,搅打均匀加入牛奶,再次搅打均匀
  • 4.筛入奶粉、泡打粉、低粉
  • 5.用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 6.把拌好的糊糊按1:3的比例分成两份,多的那份放入可可粉,拌匀
  • 7.分别装入裱花袋
  • 8.将可可粉在烤盘上挤出圆形螺旋形花纹,做出蜗牛的壳,原味面糊在可可面团下面挤出半圈细条,需哦从蜗牛的身体。用黑芝麻做出眼睛,放入预热好的烤箱,170度烤15分钟,熄火后余温再烘10分钟即可
