Steps to make 羊肉串撸起来

  • 1.羊后腿肉,我是让卖羊肉的给我直接切好的,到家就省的切了,但是一定要找老板要一块肥油,这才香
  • 2.洋葱切丝和羊肉拌好
  • 3.放孜然粉 辣椒粉 盐 戴一次性手套抓匀,冰箱冷藏2小时
  • 4.放好羊肉串,用刷子抹油撒孜然粉 盐 辣椒粉 进烤箱 220度 10分钟
  • 5.十分钟之后翻面,这时候烤盘中会有一些考下来的汤汁,把它倒掉,温度调至250度 8分钟 到时间再调整一下羊肉串的方向 烤5分钟,目的让每一面受高温加热 以达到表面有点焦的口感
  • 6.每次翻面的时候都要刷油,撒辣椒粉 孜然粉,还可以根据自己口味撒盐
  • 7.实际操作根据自己的情况 因为每个人烤箱不一样 温度也不见得一样,但一定要用高点的温度
  • 8.可能用烤箱烤 最大的问题就是不如炭火那种火候足 有烧灼的焦香,但是毕竟是在家吗 高温可以弥补一些不足,感觉做出来还蛮香的
