燕麦蔬菜饼

  • 低粉150克
  • 黄油100克
  • 全蛋70克
  • 细砂糖100克
  • 纯牛奶20毫升
  • 白芝麻20克
  • 燕麦片100克
  • 胡萝卜20克
  • 香葱末20克

Steps to make 燕麦蔬菜饼

  • 1.香葱洗净沥水,剪成碎末放入烤箱中以160度烤制10分钟脱水。
  • 2.熟胡萝卜切成碎末待用。
  • 3.黄油切成小粒,室温下软化。
  • 4.分次加入砂糖用电动打蛋器打至发白、体积变大。
  • 5.将鸡蛋打匀,分次加入到黄油中,打匀.
  • 6.低筋面粉过筛,筛入面盆中切拌均匀。
  • 7.加入燕麦片、胡萝卜碎、白芝麻、香葱末。
  • 8.调入牛奶拌至均匀。
  • 9.将面团分成小块搓成球,放入铺了油纸的烤盘中。
  • 10.用叉子在面团上交叉按两下,烤箱预热180度,放入烤箱中层烤制20-25分钟,取出待凉后,以密封方式保存。
