马芬这款蛋糕没有海绵蛋糕的柔软没有饼干的酥脆但是是一款基本零失误率的蛋糕,就是蛋糕液倒入马芬杯子然后在烤箱里打火。

马芬是英语muffin的译音,主要有美式马芬和英式马芬两种。日常生活中接触到的大多为美式马芬,是用小麦粉、色拉油或黄油、牛奶、泡打粉等搅拌后装在纸杯内烘烤的糕点;英式马芬则是一种用酵母发酵制成的圆形面包。美式马芬在美国是一种非常家常化的简易蛋糕,制作相对简单。

马芬是一款极其简单的0失败的重油蛋糕,马芬的口感是扎实有不规则的大小孔洞。这款伴有浓郁的红糖香味和微酸的蔓越莓味道很受我们家的小朋友的喜爱。

Steps to make 蔓越莓红糖马芬

  • 1.材料蔓越莓55克 红砂糖100克 牛奶100克 色拉油60克 低筋面粉120克 泡打粉1/4勺 鸡蛋2个
  • 2.牛奶倒入锅内开火,倒入红糖煮融化。
  • 3.3.用筷子轻轻的搅拌化开。
  • 4.放入蔓越莓小火慢慢煮到有些软即可离火晾凉。
  • 5.拿一个大碗打入鸡蛋倒入色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 6.面粉过筛2遍。
  • 7.面粉倒入鸡蛋液里用橡皮刀拌匀。
  • 8.把红糖液倒入鸡蛋糊里搅拌均匀。用勺子分别装入杯子内,八分满即可。
  • 9.把蛋液装入纸杯中.
  • 10.烤箱上管190下管180预热好中下层30分钟左右。
  • 11.成品。
