火腿厚蛋烧
早餐最常吃的美味厚蛋烧,操作起来比较简单,吃起来很香,又很有营养,加入不同的食材与鸡蛋搭配,做出各种各样的厚蛋烧,这一款加入了火腿粒,味道棒极了。

Steps to make 火腿厚蛋烧

  • 1.准备好所有食材:鸡蛋,火腿肠,葱,盐
  • 2.首先把3个鸡蛋打散到一个碗里
  • 3.接下来切点葱花,如果有小葱更好,我用的是大葱嫩叶子
  • 4.1根火腿肠切成小碎块,一定要切碎一点
  • 5.鸡蛋液里面加入0.5g盐
  • 6.再加入切碎的火腿肠粒
  • 7.最后加入葱花10g,全部搅拌均匀
  • 8.开小火锅内刷一层薄薄的玉米油锅中放入一小勺鸡蛋火腿液,小火慢慢煎
  • 9.再加入半勺转动锅让鸡蛋液慢慢的流动成圆形,薄厚适中受热均匀
  • 10.一定用小火慢煎至9.5分熟,用锅铲慢慢从一边卷向另一边
  • 11.把卷好的第一层放在锅边,剩下的鸡蛋液倒入锅中,继续重复第一层的步骤,转动锅成圆形受热均匀
  • 12.第二层煎至9.5分熟时,从卷好的第一层蛋卷开始向另一头卷起
  • 13.全部卷好之后放在锅中煎,两面再煎1分钟至熟
  • 14.煎好的火腿葱花厚蛋烧,放在案板上切成菱形块,就可以美美的享受了,教程分享完毕!
