虾仁蒸蛋
某天,某人突发奇想地给我做了蛋羹~~~
在等待蛋羹蒸熟的时候的对话如下:
某:“我跟你说,这个蛋羹很好吃哦。”
我:“为什么好吃?”
某:“我放了猪油啊。就是我爸妈给我们熬的猪油,放点猪油蒸出来的蛋羹特别香。”
好吧,我承认蛋羹确实香,就是这造型能再惨不忍睹点吗?
整个蛋羹凹陷了不说,还有许多大大小小的孔~~这是需要呼吸的节奏吗?

蛋液混合温开水,过筛,挑掉气泡,盖保鲜膜~~做好这关键的几步,就大功告成啦~~~~

  • 虾仁8只
  • 0.5茶匙
  • 胡椒粉0.5茶匙
  • 小葱2颗
  • 香油2茶匙
  • 生抽2茶匙

Steps to make 虾仁蒸蛋

  • 1.备好原材料:鸡蛋,虾仁,小葱;
  • 2.虾仁处理干净后,调入适量盐、胡椒粉抓匀,腌制十分钟;
  • 3.蛋液里徐徐倒入2倍蛋液的温开水(开水烧开后,需放凉至温水状态,才能使用),一边混合,一边打散;最好用耐热的容器装蛋液,以免蒸坏;
  • 4.蛋液过细筛后,将浮在蛋液表面的气泡用牙签轻轻挑掉,然后覆盖上保鲜膜;
  • 5.温水上锅,将盛蛋液的容器放进去,用中小火蒸10分钟;
  • 6.蛋液蒸至定型后,放入虾仁,覆盖上保鲜膜,继续将虾仁蒸至变色;
  • 7.食材都蒸熟后,盛出,调入适量香油,生抽,葱末;
  • 8.上桌,开吃。
