    • 1.猪蹄肘子1个。
    • 2.取猪蹄上接去毛放进开水里氽水,抹上酱油。放进电压煲 里,放进所有的配料压20分钟。
    • 3.焖好的猪蹄。
    • 4.待冷却后,切片。
    • 5.备好姜丝,香芹,小尖椒。
    • 6.切好的猪肘子放进炒锅里加盐炒片刻。再调入酱油调色,麻辣鲜炒匀。
    • 7.再倒进切好的小尖椒,姜丝,红糖炒匀。
    • 8.调入香芹,鸡精炒匀即成。
    • 9.回锅猪蹄即成。
