咖啡族的最爱-----咖啡果冻(日式)
这款咖啡果冻,可以说是咖啡族的最爱了。

微微的苦中,带着淡淡的甜,淡淡的甜中又带着浓浓的奶香。 吃到嘴里,清淡清新,同时参杂着浓郁的奶香,非常独特的口感。----一句话,我真的非常喜欢这款咖啡果冻。

在日本的任何超市,都可以买到这款咖啡果冻。 虽然没有加咖啡香精,但是我感觉口感也非常的好吃了。

我买的是现成煮好的桶装液体咖啡,图省事。--喜欢的亲,自己煮的话,咖啡的浓度自己掌握啊!

  • 鱼胶粉5克
  • 40克(泡鱼胶粉用)

Steps to make 咖啡族的最爱-----咖啡果冻(日式)

  • 1.小碗中加入鱼胶粉和40克凉水泡发,备用。
  • 2.小火,锅里加入咖啡,白糖,和泡好的鱼胶粉;慢慢搅拌之溶化;咖啡沸腾后,关火。(白糖的量根据自己的喜好添加)
  • 3.另备一个小盆,放入凉水;再把咖啡锅坐在凉水盆里,慢慢搅拌咖啡至凉。
  • 4.把凉咖啡倒入容器,放到冰箱冷藏2-3小时。就可以了。
  • 5.吃的时候,浇上鲜奶油就可以了。
