香芋奶油蛋挞
网淘了些蛋挞皮,昨天上午刚到,下午回来后就赶紧拿来做了港式蛋挞和香芋蛋挞,很好吃呢!刚出炉不久就被消灭了一半。按下面的配方可以制作17个蛋挞哦~

  • 淡奶油250ml
  • 纯牛奶150ml
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 白糖70g
  • 普通面粉15g
  • 奶粉15g

Steps to make 香芋奶油蛋挞

  • 1.牛奶倒入碗里
  • 2.倒入白糖、中火煮至熔化后关火
  • 3.倒入奶粉、搅拌至无颗粒
  • 4.倒入淡奶油搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入少许面粉,搅拌至颗粒
  • 7.将香芋切成小粒
  • 8.准备好蛋挞皮
  • 9.倒入蛋挞液八分满,放入香芋粒
  • 10.然后放入预热好的烤箱,200度20分钟即可(等蛋挞着色时候记得盖张锡纸,免得烤焦了)
