糖醋里脊

  • 小里脊500g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低盐酱油2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 五香粉少许
  • 大蒜粉少许
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 面粉1勺
  • 细砂糖2勺
  • 番茄沙司1勺
  • 1勺
  • 水淀粉少许
  • 熟白芝麻少许

Steps to make 糖醋里脊

  • 1.小里脊洗净切条,加入酱油、蚝油、五香粉、大蒜粉拌匀。
  • 2.然后在加入淀粉抓匀,保鲜膜密封腌渍10~20分钟。
  • 3.磕入1个鸡蛋拌匀,再加入少许面粉仔细拌匀。
  • 4.准备好油炸锅,油温到160度左右时,下里脊,小火炸制至金黄色捞出。
  • 5.再次加热,油温至190度左右的时候,倒入刚才炸好的小里脊,炸制30~60s捞出。
  • 6.换个锅子,加入少许纯净水,倒入细砂糖跟番茄沙司,一点点炒匀。
  • 7.接着倒入醋跟水淀粉,,把汤汁炒至浓稠,倒入刚才炸好的里脊,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.装盘,撒上白芝麻,就可以开吃了!
