    Steps to make 砂锅鲈鱼

    • 1.食材:鲈鱼洗净切块、洋葱块、姜粒、蒜粒、葱花。
    • 2.鲈鱼放入碗中,放入盐、胡椒粉、两勺生抽半勺老抽,半勺蚝油,一勺黄豆酱,一勺淀粉和一勺食用油抓匀腌制十分钟。
    • 3.砂锅中放油,放入姜、蒜和洋葱块炒岀香味。
    • 4.放入腌制好的鱼,淋上腌制时的料汁,再放入一汤勺的水。
    • 5.盖盖,大火煮开转小火沿锅边淋入一勺料酒,焗八分钟。
    • 6.岀锅前撒上葱花即可。
