  • 1.角瓜四根去皮,插成丝,这里只拍到了两根,那两根已经成为丝咯
  • 2.鸡蛋放炒锅里打散
  • 3.面粉加适量温水和成面团,醒三十分钟
  • 4.肉馅加上调料表里的调料与虾仁和在一起,中间分三次加入半碗水,每一次都使馅料尽量的吸满水,这样做出来的馅格外的水润,不干
  • 5.角瓜擦丝后用盐腌出水,挤干水分
  • 6.肉馅加葱姜调味
  • 7.拌入角瓜和鸡蛋
  • 8.醒好的面擀成面剂子
  • 9.放入馅料,两边捏一下即可
  • 10.像这样包好
  • 11.全部包完
  • 12.电饼铛抹上一层油,烙熟即可
  • 13.装盘
