大家都知道猪肝是蛮营养的,女人跟小孩吃了特别好。这次做这个盐水猪肝,最大的收获是发现了小妞爱吃的口味,以前用炒啊,做汤,她都是不吃的。这种猪肝做出来有淡淡的咸味,没有腥味,有小朋友的家长可以试试看。

    Steps to make 盐水猪肝

    • 1.新鲜猪肝买回来用清水泡3小时(途中换6次水)
    • 2.泡好后的猪肝用适量盐涂抹均匀,加1勺料酒
    • 3.将猪肝用保鲜膜盖好入冰箱腌渍3小时
    • 4.准备所需的调料(花椒 ,干辣椒 ,桂皮 ,姜)
    • 5.3小时后将猪肝取出用清水洗净沥干
    • 6.锅内放水加入所有调料煮开,至香味出来
    • 7.将猪肝放入锅内煮至完全熟透
    • 8.熟了的猪肝取出晾凉
    • 9.凉后切片装盘
