日式冷面包括冷荞麦面、乌冬面、素面和沾面。不过今天教大家做的这道家常日式凉面沿袭了日本饮食的原汁原味的风韵。冷面和冷面汁分开,配上蛋丝、黄瓜丝、火腿丝和西红柿,清爽不油腻,别有一番风味。

煮2分钟后一定要过一遍冰水,防止粘黏也保证面韧性的口感。冷面汁用昆布水、又伊鲜鲜味酱油、糖、麻油、米醋、姜泥调配,口感酸甜清爽,配合冷面一起食用,充分凸显出面天然芬芳的麦香和朴素的甘甜。

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将昆布水、酱油、米醋、糖、姜汁、麻油搅拌均匀。

  • 5.火腿切丝。
  • 6.黄瓜切丝。
  • 7.番茄切块。
  • 8.鸡蛋皮切丝。
  • 9.水沸后,放入面条煮2分钟左右。
  • 10.捞出过冰水,并捞出沥干。
  • 11.装盘淋上酱汁。
  • 12.开吃啦!。
